Digital Showcase in the UK!!!!
I'm super excited to announce that my snowflake image was chosen to be Digitally Showcased at an event in Birmingham, UK on March 14, 2020. I wish I could go, but I won't be able to make international travel arrangements this soon.
This is my second image to get a Digital Showcase Internationally, my first was in Melbourne, Australia at the Laurent Gallery. This makes me so happy to see this happen! It's exciting no matter how it's done!

Dreams into Reality: Going Professional
So I'm super excited to announce that my goal for 2020 is to go Professional with my Photography and start selling my Photos and taking clients by the end of 2020 or the start of 2021. To start me off, I have recently joined the Professional Photographers of Colorado and I'm super excited to learn as much as I can over the course of this year!
I also plan to be upgrading all my gear: my computer (it's about shot anyways! lol) and my camera (closer to the end of the year).
I plan to also get some new lens, two if I am to be honest. Along with a flash, a remote shutter release, and a reflector.

A month or so ago, I applied for an Amateur Photo Contest here in Colorado. Not long after I applied for a Exhibition Contest via a site I am on as well.
I recently found out that out of 4174 photos, 5 of my entries were declined for the local Contest. But I made it far, as I made it through 3 rounds of judging, the next 56 finalists would go on to the last round and I would not be apart of that. This was hard for me, despite the fact that I had no expectations of making it anyways.

I'm super excited, there is a Amateur Photo event that I will be entering here very soon, it's due this week actually!!
A friend of mine sent me the link, she thinks my images are that good. Several other people are cheering me on too, people who like my work. So, I'm going to take a leap and go for it!! I don't win anything, but that's ok!! However, if chosen it means my work will be displayed in our International Airport. EEEEEK!!
Unfortunately, only local people can enter it, but I'm game!! So, I'll keep you updated on what happens! I'm super excited and scared and nervous all at the same time, I've never put my work out there like this
